Booked the hotel seeing reviews, but don't get fooled by the old reviews as some of the things were really off. Location is best, serene environment away from hustle bustle of city. Beautiful flowers and trees all around. One gets beautiful view of city from terrace.Staff is very polite and well behaved and helpful especially Mr Ravindra. Asked to pay extra for terrace rooms that too all in advance citing busy days. Rooms are average and overpriced, though terrace is really beautiful, it was we paid for the terrace not for the rooms. Rooms were smelling of dampness. No fans in the rooms, air circulation is not proper. Has to ask for hand towels and toilet soap. BATHROOMS really needs upgradation, very small and outdated. Vegetarian food is good but non-veg food is average. In reviews they had swings for children and other activities, but found nothing like that. There is delay in room services as staff is less. First time the reviews and the place didn't match, it was disappointing. One can book other hotels in these prices.

It was awesome stay with my friends. Amazingly humble staff and ambience. Must stay if you are visiting and wants a good food and calm stay without any hassel. It was a short notice booking but owners accommodated us without any issue.

Lovely cottage at an amazing location, away from the crowds. Friendly and helpful staffs and manager. Food is good too. The suite was the best with beautiful views. The resort is in an off beat location but it's worthwhile.

Hidden Gem! Bird lovers paradise and amazing view

This is a hidden gem tucked away From the hustle and bustle of mussorie. Situated in the midst of nature. My advise is, opt for the suite room. It has an opening to a sit out / terrace / balcony area which is welcomes a huge variety of birds early in the morning. It's a bird lovers paradise. The rooms are good and clean, enough to keep a nature lover satisfied.The views are wonderful and the night view is also amazing with glitering lights from mussorie town. This is not just a one star hotel it's a hundred star hotel - don't forget to count the stars in unpolluted sky. Ravinder and team were just as amazing. They worked really hard to ensure our comfort. Food was good and customised to our liking. I am so glad I booked this hotel instead of the crowded mall road ones.

Humble staff. Great care of people and pet. We stayed two nights with our family and our labrador. We never felt that we are staying in a hotel. Food was awsome. The owner Mr. Manish is very courtious and supportive. We shall definitely visit again.
